Sakhile Projects cc was formed in May 1996 by two members Viz. Lucky Kentse and Johannes Makoe, who both worked for a Civil Engineering Company since 1988 until 1996.When we formed the company.
We both worked as site personal assistants to General foremen, and then worked as site foremen for six (6) years. Lucky Kentse later worked in contracts administration office and attended contractors development courses; i.e. Estimation, completing Tender document, site supervision, applying site safety, managing plant and labour; Interpretation of drawings and currently studying for Diploma in Civil Engineering through the University of South Africa.
The company staffs comprises of An Engineer, Four technicians one surveyor and six Foremen, and has carried out contracts for local and provincial government. It has always been our dream to develop and uplift the lives and the surrounding conditions of our people through civil engineering disciple influence. Hence the establishment of this business. On the 19 July 2020 unfortunately Lucky Kentse passed on. The company is only left with Johannes Makoe.
